Caroline Fox has managed the SDSN USA network, the largest of SDSN’s 50 global networks, since its launch in December 2018. In this role, she supports the network’s four working groups, facilitates regular networking and programmatic events, serves as a main point of contact for the network’s nearly 180 member institutions, and supports local, regional, and national efforts to mobilize and implement towards the SDGs and Paris Climate Agreement.

Previously, she directed a startup non-profit, SDG USA, establishing a program of research and outreach on the SDGs in the United States, including the launch of America’s Goals for 2030, the America’s Goals Report Card, and the first US SDGs State Index. Prior to that, Caroline worked on the Millennium Villages Project and the Nigeria Scale-up Initiative, based at Columbia University and Millennium Promise, managing projects and overseeing operations focused on scaling solutions to achieve the Millennium Development Goals. Caroline holds a Master’s in Public Administration in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia and a B.A. in Comparative Literature from Smith College.
