Saiarchana Darira (she/her) is passionate about social justice and youth empowerment in climate spaces. She works as a Digital Engagement Lead for "Turn It Around! Flashcards for Education Futures," a movement that strives to elevate the voices of youth in environmental and educational advocacy settings through the use of artistic and written creative expression. Additionally, as the Director of Development of OneUpAction International, she leads a design team on creating international and national programs that fund, mentor, and support youth in building climate solutions. She is also the Policy Co-Chair of the U.S. Youth Advisory Council for the United Nations Ocean Decade, where she works with a group of youth in consulting Congress on climate and ocean policies. She graduated from Arizona State University with degrees in Global Management, Social and Cultural Analysis: Peace Studies, and Psychology.
